Proposed members must be known by two members of the Chancellery and must be duly proposed and seconded, in writing, by members who must file letters endorsing the candidate.</p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in"><br></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in">Membership is by invitation only.</p> </div>
