"New Orleans area" shall mean the area within a radius of twenty-five (25) miles from St. Louis Cathedral, New Orleans, Louisiana. At no time shall there be more than five active members eligible to vote who qualify as descendants of the same ancestor. The others following shall become associate members.</p> <p>Membership is by invitation only.</p> </div>
