Male citizens of the United States, eighteen years or older, lineally descended from an English ancestor, shall be eligible for full Active Membership; and Englishmen not citizens of the United States may also be elected as members and shall enjoy all the duties and privileges of membership, the right to vote, and to hold office. Any member in good standing may make application for Junior Membership in behalf of any eligible male under 18 years of age. Junior members may not hold office or vote until they reach age 18, at which time they shall become Active Members. Life Membership is available, but it carries no special privilege. Honorary Members may be elected at a stated meeting by majority vote of the members present without ballot. They shall not be entitled to vote or hold office, not shall they be liable for dues.
