<p>Membership in the Corps is comprised</p>
<ol>
<li style="list-style-type: none;">
<ol>
<li>Enrolled Members, which include any citizen of the United States, of lawful age and good moral character, who are admitted to membership in the Artillery Service Detachment of the Veteran Corps of Artillery. Citizens of the United States between the ages of eighteen and twenty-one years who are otherwise qualified, may be admitted with the consent of their parents or guardians; and</li>
<li>Revolutionary Members, who, under regulations made by the Council of Administration, are members in good standing of the Society of the Cincinnati, the Sons of the Revolution in the State of New York, the Sons of the American Revolution, and the proven descendants of soldiers and sailors of the Revolution.</li>
