She has one son, Jarett Kirk Nobles (Gina), a graduate of Auburn University, who lives in Dallas, Texas, and one sister Denise Kirk Dennis of Lowndesboro, Alabama.

Her department provided home ventilators, IV pain management, neonatal, oncology and palliative care. In addition to being the department director, Leslie was the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) surveyor, HR manager, medical sales representative, and QA-QI coordinator. She was appointed to the Joint Ventures and Acquisitions team and the Hospital Association Patient Advocate Board. Leslie received numerous awards within the Baptist Medical Center system for having received commendations in every JCAHO inspection. Leslie is retired and has an outdoor photography business.
