She specializes in Software Development in Telecommunications and Disaster Recovery vertical markets.  Her career highlights include the redesign of the billing systems at BellSouth and AT&T. She led a business analysis team that maintained the work flows for the AT&T websites for Home Solutions and Wireless services. She also led the integral development team for the system of record for the Puerto Rico Disaster Recovery effort. Her team built not only the data applications to support the data system of record, but a chat bot for the Puerto Rican government to leverage when engaging FEMA.
